Draggy devises a scheme to swipe an engine from a rocket, but he needs to distract the ducks first. Wraith casts a spell on Phil, compelling him to follow every order, which leads to the ducks being sent on wild and nearly dangerous public outings. Meanwhile, Nosedive accidentally catches wind of their sinister plot but ends up with a concussion shortly after. Can he recover in time to warn his friends about the impending trouble?
