Title: Need to Know / Red Snow Plot: In a small town, residents begin to lose their sanity. Senator appoints Edward Sayers to look into the situation. Despite conducting standard examinations, he uncovers no clues until he identifies a single individual harboring an extraordinary secret. Simultaneously, a KGB agent is dispatched to Siberia to probe the mysterious deaths of communist officials. He stumbles upon the shocking revelation that Stalin's exiled individuals are still alive. Additionally, he uncovers a chilling discovery: corpses that have been drained of their blood.
