Jen and Greg enlist Edna, the longtime cleaner for John and Joan, but Jen is taken aback by Edna's peculiar quirks. Meanwhile, Matt, Heather, and Greg scramble to locate the priceless souvenir pens John gifted them during their childhood. Lucas is filled with dread at the thought of Joan. When Tim asks Matt to come over for a sports game, the evening takes an unexpected twist.
