Greg has been shot and is in critical condition, while Anya, Al, and Tom urgently scour a nearby hospital for essential medical supplies. Just as they’re making progress, the structure catches fire and unexpectedly collapses, trapping Anya and Al inside. Meanwhile, Greg's life hangs by a thread. Abby, still held captive at the Lab, endures her own nightmare as the scientists attempt to extract a vaccine using her immune system.
