Episode Overview

Tom and Greg find themselves trapped in Mr. Smithson's coal mine, along with many others. Meanwhile, the Family is frantically pursuing their only lead, Billy, who is traveling across the country. At a roadside motel, Billy meets his girlfriend, Sally, but when the Family confronts him, he feigns ignorance and quickly leaves. Back in the mine, Greg devises a clever escape strategy, convincing Smithson that he’s a geologist who has identified a gas leak. Unbeknownst to them, the Family is also making their way to Smithson's location, setting the stage for a perilous game of cat and mouse.
