As Naomi gets ready for her trip to New Zealand and the boys head off to a rock festival, Sharon, Tracey, and Dorien enjoy a weekend at a health spa. While there, Sharon and Tracey contemplate the worst possible outcomes of her test results. Their relaxing weekend takes a turn when Tracey and Dorien start to feel anxious about their maternal instincts. However, when Tracey's test results finally arrive, the three friends are joyfully reunited, celebrating the good news together.
