Episode Overview

A delusional spine surgeon, burdened by debt and rumored to be using drugs, wreaks havoc in the operating room, leaving a trail of injured and deceased patients from his series of disastrous surgeries. As his reckless behavior continues, two of his colleagues decide to intervene, stepping up to take action when no one else dares to confront him.
