With his Southern charm, he deceives trusting individuals, amassing nearly $65 million. He concocts seemingly credible schemes like "Learn Waterhouse" and "The Wealth Builders Club," where he guarantees substantial returns on quick investments. However, as clients find themselves unable to access their funds, the flood of complaints to the authorities begins to rise.
