Episode Overview
Michael and Nikita have been on the run, evading Section One's relentless pursuit. After George is removed from the equation for leaking information to Red Cell to undermine Section One, Operations and Madeline finally track down the pair. They are captured and brought back to Section, just as their execution seems imminent. Suddenly, all systems go offline due to a mysterious intervention from Mr. Jones, the head of Center, who arrives for an evaluation and has put Section in stasis. It turns out that Jones is actually Nick Shtoppel, Nikita’s neighbor and informant. He discloses that Nikita has been secretly working for Center for three years. With Nikita's help, Jones's evaluation leads to significant changes: Operations must remain at Section for seven more years, while Madeline chooses to end her life rather than face cancellation. Meanwhile, Walter is sent to the Farm.
