Episode Overview

The five campers rise to the excitement of mail call, where host Jesse Palmer hands out postcards from home. Each postcard discloses a sweet and a savory ingredient that the bakers must use in their dessert for the initial challenge. The victor receives Martha's exclusive advice on crafting decorative pies. Later, in the Camp Director's Challenge, the campers have two hours to create their most stunningly decorated pie. As swarms of bees interrupt the competition, it remains to be seen who will ultimately prevail.
