Episode Overview

In May 1905, Elizabeth comes back home after her travels, and her parents are eager to launch her into society. However, the lively young woman isn't thrilled about the idea. Though she initially consents, she suddenly decides to escape just before the event. Rose, who feels more like family than just a servant, intervenes and helps Elizabeth view the circumstances from a different perspective.
