Episode Overview
A homeless woman is found dead, and Cagney is the only one who feels compelled to uncover her true identity. Meanwhile, the comedic subplot has Cagney and Lacey tasked with recruitment duties, leading them to attempt filming a promotional commercial for the NYPD.
