Episode Overview

Jake becomes distressed upon discovering Jenna's history with Matty, leading him to break up with her, claiming "the timing wasn't right." Meanwhile, Matty learns of the split and seeks to console Jenna, resulting in a passionate kiss on her bed. Once Jake hears a voicemail from Jenna expressing her love for him, he realizes his error and rushes to her house, only to find Matty and Jenna locked in a kiss. Meanwhile, Lacey shares a dance with her ex-boyfriend Ben at a wedding, which deeply upsets Jenna's father. Ultimately, Jenna confesses to Matty that her feelings for him remain strong.
