Transvestite Emily Howard arrives for a blind date, and George and Sandra finish a forgettable vacation. Dafydd Thomas faces off with his lesbian neighbors, astronaut Bing Gordyn intimidates a student researching the moon landing conspiracy, and Celia experiences rudeness from her Ohio hosts, though Harvey remains unbothered. Body-building pals Mark and Tom share surgical stories, while Lou and Andy make their exit as Little Britain USA comes to a close.
