Scotch Harry lands at the airport, on the hunt for quick cash. He hits the jackpot when he steals a suitcase packed with cash, blissfully unaware that the money is counterfeit. Arthur takes him in, providing shelter while they figure out a plan to deal with the suitcase's true owner.
