A shady developer sets his sights on a parcel owned by a community car dealer. To force him out, he enlists a group of roughnecks to intimidate the dealer. In a bid to deflect suspicion, the builder schemes to pin the harassment on the local gypsy community, hoping to stir up trouble and achieve his goal.
