Pacey volunteers to prepare dinner for their group, a tradition they often plan but rarely follow through on. Meanwhile, Jen and Dawson return home early, choosing to keep their recent kiss a secret, only to be discovered by the rest of the gang at the doorstep. The dinner unfolds uncomfortably, with Audrey and Dawson fretting over Joey's reaction, yet surprisingly, she appears unfazed. Charlie's unexpected arrival stirs up jealousy in Dawson.
