Meanwhile, Joey, a thriving book editor in New York, returns home and confronts her lingering feelings for her first love. Pacey, running the newly revamped Ice House, secretly pines for Joey. Jen, a single mother living with Grams, oversees an art gallery in Soho, while Jack teaches at Capeside High and is in a relationship with Deputy Doug. As they reconnect, long-hidden truths about love and loss emerge.
