A surge of urban development leads to the demolition of the infamous Franklin Terrace housing towers, pushing the Barksdale crew to seek a new base of operations. While waiting for Avon’s return, Stringer Bell implements a fresh sales approach. Meanwhile, McNulty and the Detail are determined to build a case against Stringer, setting up a wiretap on a drug operation managed by Proposition Joe.
