Episode Overview
With Babar taking the throne as the Elephants' new King, his inaugural order is to construct a city for all elephants to enjoy. Complicating matters, Lord Rataxes is also in the midst of planning his own city. Meanwhile, Babar's intense desire to finish his vision on schedule leads to a series of overwhelming challenges that threaten to derail his ambitious project.
