Episode Overview

Felicity's arrogance leads her to boast that she can make anyone popular, even the shy Clemmie Ray. In a challenge to the haughty Sally Potts and her sidekick Jane Spry, Felicity bets that Clemmie will dazzle at the Harvest Ball. Meanwhile, Alec King's integrity is tested when a visiting politician, who he supports, attempts to sway him by promising to declare Felicity’s costume the 'Best' at the event. Ultimately, Clemmie remains unnoticed at the ball, and Felicity loses both the title and her wager with Sally. The experience teaches the kids the importance of friendship and authenticity.
