Episode Overview
Sara and Felix, feeling playful, decide to sneak into the home of the cantankerous Alexander Abraham as part of a dare, unaware that he’s ill and facing quarantine. Meanwhile, Avonlea's nosy Rachel Lynde barges in, searching for a farm boy who has been absent from her Sunday School Class. Soon, all of them find themselves stuck together in the messy house. As Rachel tends to Alexander during his sickness, Felix also falls ill, and Sara steps in to help tidy up. Through these experiences, Sara discovers there's more to life than just her beloved books. With the kids and Rachel's support, Alexander begins to shed his grumpy demeanor and soften his views on women, while Rachel remains her ever-helpful self.
