With the adults absent from King Farm during a solar eclipse, Cecily inadvertently ruins funds intended for charity and is tasked with making it right. Felix devises a plan to rent out the farmhouse as a hotel, both to recover the lost money and to impress Simon Tremayne with his potential as an assistant manager. Meanwhile, Jasper’s cousin Selina develops a crush on one of the guests, an Italian professor. When Janet finally returns home, she finds the farmhouse in complete disarray.
