Babs shares with her friends her childhood dream of being Batman's sidekick before relocating from Gotham to Metropolis. Batman contacts her father, Commissioner Gordon, to warn him about a Gotham villain heading to Metropolis. Babs seizes this opportunity to prove herself to Batman and earn a spot on the Bat-team.
