Episode Overview

Harleen Quinzel, Babs's closest friend, relocates from Gotham to Metropolis. However, Harleen struggles to fit in with Babs's new circle of friends, who aren't fond of her. Meanwhile, Babs finds herself at odds with Harleen's new acquaintances as well, creating tension between the two friends.
