Following his arrest for robbery, Robert Askew escapes from a work camp and returns to a life of crime to survive. Eventually, he’s apprehended once more, but during a hurricane, he manages to break free from jail. Seizing the opportunity, Askew embarks on a series of burglaries, targeting vacation homes in the chaos.
