Young Gul struggles with the void left by Ga Young's absence. When she finally returns to J Fashion, Jae Hyuk beams with happiness. He reveals to her that Madam Jo was deceived by Young Gul, who posed as a fake investor, allowing him to seize her shares. With a successful deal of $5 million, Young Gul transfers control of the YGM brand to Jae Hyuk.
