At the impound lot, the team scrambles to prevent an irate man with a pacemaker from getting too worked up. Frustrated by a parking ticket, the furious citizen pushes the usually composed ticket-writer Carmen to her breaking point. Meanwhile, Jen, the enthusiastic booting officer, is so eager to make her mark that she’s even patrolling her own neighborhood in search of a "virgin boot" to break in.
