A string of earthquakes stirs a HighBreed officer from his deep hibernation beneath the Earth's surface. Convinced that the HighBreed have been defeated in the war, he triggers a destructive fail-safe mechanism. Now, Ben must join forces with Gwen and Kevin to rescue Grandpa Max while also preventing a catastrophic disaster that threatens the entire world.
