Episode Overview

Every evening, while everyone else is busy, Kate finds herself alone. Uncle Joe urges her to break out of her shell. The girls hatch a plan to set her up with a suitable date. They try to convince her that they can manage on their own, but their straightforward approach falls flat. After another failed attempt, they seek guidance from Mrs. Douglas, who proposes hosting a lonely hearts event at the hotel. Three eager suitors arrive, hoping to connect with women. Realizing what’s unfolding, Kate cleverly devises a way to send each of them packing.
