Episode Overview
During their return journey from Springdale, Steve and Betty Jo find themselves unexpectedly enveloped in a fierce thunderstorm. Despite some nerve-wracking moments, they manage to land safely, drawing closer to each other in the aftermath. This shared experience ignites feelings of love between them. Betty Jo shares her emotions with her mother, who advises her to take a cautious approach. Meanwhile, Steve confides in Kate about his own feelings for Betty Jo. This revelation complicates things since he has been dating Billie Jo for a while. When Kate informs Billie Jo and Bobbie Jo, they surprisingly seem accepting.
