Episode Overview

Steve's belief that "life is just a series of minor tweaks" faces a real challenge during a single day's events. He has an important meeting with a high-ranking Air Force General to go over rocket design plans. However, things take a turn when he has to borrow Mike's car, only to end up with a flat tire. As a result, Steve finds himself having to take the bus back home.
