Steve is headed to Chicago for work, and he had promised Chip he could join him. However, plans shift unexpectedly, and Steve ends up on a military flight to Paris instead. Determined to accompany his father, Chip devises a plan and sneaks onto the plane. Once in Paris, he finds himself wandering alone and soon meets a kind-hearted little girl named Marie, who befriends him.
