Chip attempts to deceive his teachers in order to secure victory in an art competition, nearly pulling it off with Bub's assistance, as Bub is the true artist behind the piece. When Chip's teacher decides to present the painting to the Principal for the school board's review, Chip becomes anxious. In response, he teams up with Sudsy to devise a plan to reclaim the artwork.
