Chip's friends are eager to throw him a party for his tenth birthday, but he's not keen on celebrating with a few specific girls. Meanwhile, Steve comes down with German measles, and when Bub mentions this to Sudsy’s mom, the rumor mill starts churning. As a result, the other parents decide to keep their kids away from Chip’s house to avoid the risk of infection.
