Robbie has his sights set on a charming fifteen-year-old blonde, but her mother seeks Steve's help to put an end to their budding romance. Ironically, this interference nearly sparks a new romance of its own. Meanwhile, as Robbie begins to shave, Steve starts to notice that his younger brother is growing up and transitioning into manhood.
