Steve is tasked with presenting crucial engineering designs to a British scientist making a quick trip to the U.S. However, the situation takes a turn when both the missing blueprints and the homemade cookies can't simply be attributed to Steve's forgetfulness. Instead, they fall into the hands of Tramp and his buddies, turning into a source of mischief.
