Sally finds herself overwhelmed when her dazzling cousin arrives for a visit, having been kicked out of three different colleges. Her cousin's allure catches the eye of all the boys, leading Uncle Charley to take matters into his own hands. He uses his vaudeville makeup kit to turn her into an unrecognizable ugly duckling in hopes of curbing the attention she’s receiving.
