After borrowing four cents from his brother Ernie's stash of pennies, Chip finds himself in hot water when Ernie claims he’s stolen a prized penny from his collection. In response to the accusation, Chip insists on a jury trial. Ultimately, he agrees to Ernie's challenge, and the case is set to be heard in a makeshift court filled with their friends.
