After the campus beauty queen racks up a $16 traffic ticket while driving Uncle Charley’s car, he decides to revoke Robbie’s driving privileges. Stripped of his wheels, Robbie grapples with the embarrassment and challenges of being carless. However, he is pleasantly surprised to discover that his girlfriend actually enjoys walking home from school with him, turning an initially dreadful situation into a chance for quality time together.
