Uncle Charley excitedly secures a vacation lot at the stunning Whispering Pines, but soon realizes he’s fallen victim to a fast-talking real-estate scam. The family uncovers that the property is situated at the base of a steep canyon. To make matters worse, it’s adjacent to a dilapidated shack inhabited by a messy family who are anything but appealing as future neighbors.
