Episode Overview
Tom dismisses Harry's insistence that he break up with CIA agent Christine Dale. Christine unexpectedly provides Tom with a secure communication she intercepted from the upper echelons of the CIA, revealing that an American assassin has arrived in the UK for a job, and the CIA plans to eliminate him without notifying Five or any other security agencies. Unable to share this information with Harry, Tom recruits Danny and Zoe for assistance. However, chaos ensues, and with the episode titled 'Smoke and Mirrors,' the question remains: will the truth be revealed in time to prevent disaster? Has Tom crossed a line?
