Lucas is forced to face his haunting past when his old tormentor, Darshavin, reappears with crucial information regarding a bomb threat in London. Harry worries that Darshavin still exerts a psychological grip on Lucas, but the torturer insists on only communicating with him. With the lives of innocents hanging in the balance, Lucas must confront his darkest fears for the sake of the country.
