Episode Overview

The schemes of the phony commandante and the magistrado take an unexpected turn when Ortega catches sight of Diego conversing with Rosarita Cortez, a childhood friend who has just come back from the capital. Ortega worries that she might remember him from her travels, as it was during that trip that he killed the genuine Ortega and took over his identity. Meanwhile, Bernardo overhears the sinister plot to eliminate her and quickly informs Diego.
