Title: Puppy's Got the Power Plot: Dolly and Dylan find themselves at odds over their differing approaches to puppy-sitting. To resolve their dispute, they decide to hold a quick election to determine who will take the title of Top Dog. Unexpectedly, Diesel, who is the least qualified for the role, ends up being elected as the leader, much to everyone's surprise.
