Big Sky, Big Dreams, Big Art: Made in the USA (2018)

Episode Overview

Orry and Charles, now serving as officers in the Confederate Army, depart the Main family plantation to head to the war in Virginia. Although Orry initially opposed secession, he takes on the role of brigadier general and starts working as a military aide to Confederate President Jefferson Davis in Richmond. Meanwhile, George and Billy are stationed in Washington, D.C., both serving in the U.S. Army. Billy enlists in the U.S. Sharpshooters regiment, while George accepts a commission as a colonel, becoming a military aide to President Abraham Lincoln.
