Now that they know Valentine is alive and searching for The Mortal Cup, the Institute is on high alert. Jace takes immediate action, realizing that Clary’s memories hold the key to locating Jocelyn and the Cup. However, Clary's memories have been erased, leaving her unaware of the crucial details that could assist them. With little choice left, Jace, Isabelle, and an unwilling Alec escort Clary to the City of Bones to seek guidance from the formidable Silent Brothers. Meanwhile, Luke relentlessly continues his quest to find Clary, while Simon struggles to accept the changes in his best friend’s life.
