Episode Overview

After the explosion at Lilith's apartment, Alec, Isabelle, and Jace grapple with the aftermath of Clary's disappearance. While Alec and Isabelle are relieved to have their brother back, they are concerned about Jace, who is deeply affected by The Owl's actions. Meanwhile, Magnus struggles with the loss of his magic and faces the challenge of depending on others for support. On another front, Maia attempts to comfort a heartbroken Simon, who is mourning both his family and his best friend. Unbeknownst to them all, Clary is alive but finds herself in a perilous new situation.
