Episode Overview

After an aircraft carrying a bombing suspect and Schanke goes down in flames, Nick is consumed by guilt, believing he should have been the one on that plane instead of his partner. In his turmoil, he relinquishes his badge, determined to leave his old life behind. However, when a series of explosions begin occurring at various police precincts throughout the city, he finds himself drawn back into the fray, compelled to confront the chaos and his own feelings of responsibility.
