An autopsy uncovers that a woman's heart has been surgically taken, leading Nick and Tracy to delve into the illegal organ trade. Disguised as a potential buyer, Tracy meets a suspected dealer at a nearby hospital, not realizing that Natalie Lambert is there for a standard knee surgery. When Tracy discovers that Natalie has been marked as the next "donor," she is ambushed by the dealer and is instead prepared for surgery herself.
